Role Overview
As a GWO Climber for Windfarm Workboat, you will be responsible for:
• Cleaning and maintaining windfarm assets
• Operating and maintaining workboats
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Supporting the team in various windfarm operations tasks
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should have the following certifications:
• GWO Working & Rescue at Heights
• GWO Sea Survival
• GWO Fire Awareness
• GWO Manual Handling
• GWO Enhanced First Aid
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:
• Medical OGUK/RUK or equivalent
• Chester Step Test: Pass Document
• Slinger/Signaler certification
• AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently when required
• Physical fitness to work in challenging weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
