Commercial Valuations Surveyor – Clientside – Manchester
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Valuations Surveyor to join a leading UK commercial property specialist who own a high-quality commercial portfolio.
The Role
You will provide precise, commercially focused valuations across a diverse property portfolio, working closely with asset management and finance colleagues to inform performance reviews and strategic planning.
Key responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly valuation reports, reviewing variances against previous forecasts and budgets
• Develop and deliver comprehensive budget projections
• Assist with year-end audit requirements and Director-led valuations
• Work alongside external valuation advisers
• Chair quarterly valuation reviews with regional teams
• Undertake scenario analysis and offer recommendations to optimise asset value
• Contribute to refinancing processes and lender-related reporting
• Assess acquisitions, development appraisals and calculate net effective rents
• Support and guide colleagues on valuation principles and modelling tools
• Create and refine Salesforce reports to improve monthly and banking analysis
About You
• Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial property valuation
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise preferred
• Highly analytical with strong Excel and data handling skills
• Effective relationship builder with a driven, solutions-focused mindset
Salary & package will reflect experience, however, be in the region of £45 – £55,000 (DOE).
