Job Title: Warehouse Operative / DecanterLocation:  Avonmouth BS11Pay Rate: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour  Shift Times:  18:00 – 04:00 16:00 – 03:00(Shifts may vary depending on operational needs)   Contract Type: Ongoing work – hours can vary Job Description  We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Decanters to support warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment. This is an ongoing role with flexible working patterns, ideal for candidates seeking variable hours and long-term opportunities.   Key Duties & Responsibilities  Decanting stacks of bread into designated sections Moving bread baskets and trays safely and efficiently Sorting and organising products within the warehouse Supporting general warehouse operations as required Following health & safety procedures at all times Working as part of a team to meet operational targets Requirements  Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own transport Ability to work night shifts and weekends when required Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential Additional Information  Ongoing work – hours are not always full-time Weekend availability is required Shift patterns may include 4 on / 4 off, depending on demand…
