Your key duties as a Senior Estimator will be…
- An ability to understand and comply with Company Procedures
- Understanding and interpretation of Client briefs.
- Produce detailed cost plans aligning with briefs and associated documentation.
- Be able to work on and cost multiple projects at any given time.
- Use technical knowledge to price projects effectively with varying levels of information.
- Understand and make allowances for compliance.
- Work closely with suppliers/subcontractors to achieve best price.
- Carry out surveys to assist with design and quantifying.
- Determine how progress will impact cost.
- Influence project decision making with pre-construction advice.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the manager.
- Understanding associated risk areas and making allowances accordingly.

- Construction and fit-out experience (especially within commercial offices and industrial.
