Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of a team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Act as a solution‑oriented problem solver to resolve difficult client situations efficiently and to client satisfaction.
- Generate innovative and effective solutions to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven team‑management experience.
- Background in POS (point of sale) within the print management sector.
- Excellent emotional control and resilience, ability to analyze relevant information to make informed suggestions.
- Highly organized with the ability to plan and organize a busy workload and meticulous about presentation.
- Must be a UK resident and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
