Account Director – London – up to £75k pa (depending on experience)

Salary: up to £75k per annum (depending on experience).

We have a great opportunity for an Account Director with a background in POS to join a forward‑thinking print management company with unparalleled resources and financial backing.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of a team of Account Executives and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Act as a solution‑oriented problem solver to resolve difficult client situations efficiently and to client satisfaction.
• Generate innovative and effective solutions to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with proven team‑management experience.
• Background in POS (point of sale) within the print management sector.
• Excellent emotional control and resilience, ability to analyze relevant information to make informed suggestions.
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and organize a busy workload and meticulous about presentation.
• Must be a UK resident and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
