Kerry Robert Associates is actively recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join a newly opened Italian restaurant and bar in a vibrant part of West London.

The successful candidate should be hands on Manager, happy to work in a laid back atmosphere and have a strong Italian cuisine background.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Italian cuisine
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Maintain high service standards in a laid-back setting
• Lead and manage a team of 15 staff
• Oversee a 50-cover restaurant
• Be a visible, hands-on presence on the floor
• 40 to 42 hrs a week
• Restaurant closed 2 days during the week
• Immediate start
