Supplier Relationship Manager

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our public sector client, who is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager for an initial nine-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: Hybrid working – Andover or Whittington

About the role: You will be responsible for leading on the management of the supply chain and supplier performance, resilience and fragility.

The ideal candidate will hold Active SC and have a strong background in delivery Supplier Relationship Management support, with the following skills and experience:

• Experience of being point of contact for key suppliers, colleagues and customers in respect of SRM, facilitating an interface into the Commercial department.
• Experience of ensuring that Supplier Relationship Management methodologies and best practice is utilised throughout the lifecycle of the projects, programmes and procurements.
• Experience of supporting to the development of the Supplier Relationship Strategy.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Mapping and Contingency Planning.
