A leading Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive to join its successful and well-established real estate team.

The Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and property finance.* Advise a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.* Opportunity to contribute to business development and mentor junior staff.
About You:
* 2-6 years’ PQE in commercial property (Solicitor or Legal Executive).* Confident handling files independently and delivering excellent client service.* Commercially minded and keen to grow within a Legal 500 team.
