Assistant Marketing Manager £40,000 to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits | Hybrid working | West London

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a well-established, international retail brand to recruit an Assistant Marketing Manager into a high performing and growing team.

This is a role with real breadth and visibility. You will be involved in everything from national campaigns and brand activity through to digital performance and retail marketing, working closely with senior stakeholders and external agencies.

The Role: Reporting into the Marketing and DTC Director, you will support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across the UK, spanning retail, trade and digital channels. This is a hands on role where you will have ownership, autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage digital channels including paid search, SEO and display in partnership with agenciesDeliver retail and trade marketing activity across key partners and owned storesSupport integrated campaigns across brand, digital and offline channelsOversee website content, product copy and on site assetsMonitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other toolsCoordinate in store activity, events and experiential marketingCollaborate closely with e commerce and retail teams to drive performance and consistencySupport and mentor a Marketing ExecutiveAbout You:

Experience within retail or trade marketingStrong grounding in digital marketing, particularly paid searchComfortable working across multiple channels, both online and offlineExperience managing or working with agenciesCommercially focused with a hands-on approachStrong attention to detail and confident communication skillsMarketing degree or CIM qualification is beneficialThis is a great opportunity to join a brand with strong momentum, where you can broaden your experience and take a meaningful step forward in your marketing career.
