Project Planner – Construction Location: Central London Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 A busy London Design & Build contractor is seeking an experienced Project Planner to support its growing portfolio of work across Central London. The company is involved in a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects, working closely with internal delivery teams and external consultants. The Role You will support both pre-construction and live project delivery, ensuring programmes are realistic and effectively managed. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing project programmes and planning documentation
- Supporting pre-construction teams during bid stages
- Monitoring project progress against programme
- Working closely with project managers and site teams
- Identifying programme risks and mitigation strategies
Candidate Requirements
- Around 5-6 years planning experience within construction
- Experience working for a Design & Build contractor
- Strong knowledge of planning software
- Good understanding of construction methodology
