Head of Quality Assurance – Oracle Simphony – Central London – Hybrid. Lead the QA function for a complex, multi-system restaurant technology environment. Define and implement a robust quality strategy that ensures the reliability, performance, and security of key systems — including POS, payments, reservations, and operational tools.

• Lead the development and execution of QA strategy across all tech platforms.
• Own QA processes for Oracle Simphony and related hospitality systems.
• Define testing standards, introduce automation where appropriate, and ensure supplier quality.
• Coordinate UAT, manage defects, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all systems meet performance, security, and operational standards.
• Govern third-party quality and support user acceptance processes.

Requirements

• Head of QA with Oracle Simphony or a similar POS/hospitality system experience.
• Experience leading QA in a multi-system restaurant technology environment. xwzovoh
