We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser who wants the freedom of being self employed, without the burden of running their own regulated firm. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their advice, values long-term client relationships and wants to build something meaningful under a brand that actually reflects them.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing your own client relationships and delivering high-quality mortgage and protection advice, with the flexibility to run your business in a way that works for you.

Supported by Thrive, you’ll have access to the tools, brand and infrastructure to grow, without the constraints of a traditional firm.

Your role will include:

  • Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs
  • Managing your client journey from enquiry through to completion
  • Building and maintaining your own pipeline of business
  • Developing relationships with introducers and referral partners
  • Delivering a high standard of client experience aligned with the Thrive brand
  • Working collaboratively with support functions where required

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You are new to the industry and require full training from scratch

We’re here to support and grow advisers, but this role is designed for those who already have a foundation and want to build on it.

This is a remote working position on a self employed basis, however you have access to our Derby office when required. xwzovoh You must live in the Nottingham(shire) area for this role and already hold the relevant CeMAP or equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
