Who are they?
A large, complex venue operation delivering hospitality across a flagship live events venue and entertainment arena in Manchester. With 150+ events annually, this is a multi-faceted environment focused on consistent, high-quality delivery across premium and high-volume service.
What you’ll be doing?
You’ll take full ownership of hospitality across 16 premium spaces, delivering everything from fine dining to high-volume service often 4,000 covers in under 2 hours.
- Owning and running premium hospitality and high volume
- Leading from the front. Be visible, present, and setting the standard
- Driving operational consistency across multiple service styles
- Managing large-scale teams (including a significant casual workforce)
- Embedding structure, accountability, and rhythm into the operation
- Working closely with stakeholders across the venue and wider business
- Managing cost, labour, and performance
- Building capability, developing your team and creating clear progression
