We’re building a Talent Pool of future Operational Directors — commercially minded leaders who want to co‑own and run a Newmedica ophthalmology business alongside Clinical Directors. Lead and grow a business : Drive performance and growth : Manage P&L, develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity. Uphold CQC standards, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient care with the best possible outcomes.
Strong people leadership and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility. Solid understanding of CQC regulations, including the framework and what excellent governance looks like. Experience within an ophthalmology or theatre setting is a bonus.
