Who You Are:
You are calm, structured, and find joy in consistency and small breakthroughs. The ideal candidate will have:
- Firsthand experience supporting SEN children or young people (in schools, respite care, specialist settings, or similar environments).
- A clear, predictable communication style, with the ability to follow sensory profiles, routine-based strategies, and de-escalation techniques.
- Deep respect for neurodiversity and a genuine commitment to safeguarding vulnerable learners.
- An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or full willingness to apply for one).
