What to Expect

• Free team meals every shift, plus all the chai you can drink
• Salary £44,000 – £49,000 inclusive of Tronc, paid monthly
• Full‑time role working across 5 days, Monday to Sunday availability required
• A weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance
• All‑day dining cafe – shifts vary across day and evening; not just late nights
• Access to award‑winning training programmes and support; we promoted 211 staff last year
• Standard holiday entitlement with paid days at your usual rate; sites closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day; extra day for parents taking children to school
• No uniforms – smart/casual and comfortable clothing acceptable; trainers fine

We are looking for a Floor Manager who has been working in a high‑volume, multi‑faceted bar/restaurant environment for the past few years.

• First‑class in everything you do and eager to join a team that is obsessive about quality
• Detail‑oriented, always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is handled safely
• Strong leadership skills with a genuine care for people; coaching and developing the team is a natural focus
• Commitment to making people happy – guests and team alike – to create a happy environment where guests become regulars and friends
