Our client, a well-established family‑run dealership, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor to join their dedicated aftersales team. This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing service operations in a busy dealership environment.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in promoting our client’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, queries, and expectations
  • Deliver expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance options
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer‑focused approach with a professional attitude
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
