As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in promoting our client’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, queries, and expectations
- Deliver expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance options
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer‑focused approach with a professional attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
- Full UK driving licence preferred
