What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards.
• Setting the example by delivering hands‑on cleaning duties to GTR’s high presentation standards.
• Acting as the Site Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required.
• Identifying and reporting faults or vandalism using the correct procedures.
• Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed.
• Making sure all tasks meet company quality and safety standards.
