Rate: 34-40 per hour

Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Triage Officer to join a busy private sector housing team in West London. This is a fast-paced triage position focused on supporting housing enforcement services through effective case handling and prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out triage of incoming cases within the private sector housing service
• Assess and prioritise a high volume of complaints and enquiries
• Provide administrative support to enforcement officers
• Allocate cases based on urgency and risk
• Maintain accurate records and case management systems

Requirements:

• Experience within private sector housing or a similar environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of work in a triage setting
• Excellent attention to detail
• HHSRS knowledge desirable but not essential
