Junior Pre-Construction Manager Location: Central London Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 A growing Design & Build contractor operating across London is looking to appoint a Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within pre-construction, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects. The Role You will support the pre-construction team in preparing Design & Build and refurbishment projects for delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Supporting tender preparation and documentation
- Assisting with design coordination and consultant communication
- Reviewing drawings and technical information
- Supporting programme development and construction planning
- Assisting with procurement and supply chain coordination
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination or pre-construction
- Background working for a contractor or consultancy
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Desire to build a long-term career within pre-construction
