Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Bristol – 4+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol. Type of Role: Full-time. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience).
A well established and growing commercial law firm with over 30 years’ experience is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its expanding Company Commercial team. With multiple offices across the UK, the firm is recognised for its friendly, professional culture, high standards of client care, and modern, progressive approach to legal services. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and some corporate matters, working independently while supported by senior colleagues. The work will include:
- Commercial contracts
- Terms and conditions
- IT and e commerce agreements
- Agency, manufacturing and supply agreements
- Collaboration and joint venture agreements
- Software licences and development agreements
- Franchise agreements
- Data protection matters
- Assisting with corporate transactions and due diligence
- Participation in business development and marketing activities
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Requirements
This position is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 4+ years’ PQE in non contentious commercial work
- Some experience in corporate transactional matters
- Strong communication and client facing skills
- Excellent organisational, time management and IT skills
- A proactive, flexible and self motivated approach
- High attention to detail and strong drafting ability
- The ability to handle complex matters and work effectively as part of a team
- SRA registration and the right to live and work in the UK
- A DBS check will be required prior to appointment.
