Lead Grounds & Climate Operations Manager

Manchester City Council is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Grounds Maintenance, Biodiversity, Arbor Services and Play across the city. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality services that meet neighbourhood needs.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will manage budgets, assets and contracts while driving innovation, climate goals and improved service performance. This is a public-facing role in a busy city environment.
