The Role What Youll Be Doing As a Registered Nurse (Nights), you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans Safe and accurate medication administration and management Ongoing clinical assessment and monitoring of residents needs Maintaining clear and accurate documentation and care records Supporting residents with dementia-related needs, promoting dignity and independence Leading and supporting care staff on shift, ensuring a calm and well-run environment Providing reassurance and comfort to residents and families when needed What Were Looking For A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin Previous experience within a nursing home or dementia care setting A genuine passion for elderly care and dementia support Strong communication and leadership skills A calm, caring, and professional approach, especially during night shifts The Package £21.00 per hour 48 hours per week (full-time nights) Supportive, stable team environment Opportunities to develop within a respected care setting Interested?
