We are hiring

Customer Service Representative Guildford, UK (office based)

Your strength

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in Customer Service, ideally within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems (NAV experience is an advantage)
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Team spirit and enjoyment in working with customers and internal stakeholders

Your contribution

  • Process customer orders from receipt through to timely delivery
  • Create, update, and track orders within the ERP system
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with internal departments such as Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Quality
  • Support returns, credit notes, and complaint handling
  • Maintain customer master data, pricing information, and relevant documentation
  • Work closely with freight forwarders and courier services
  • Support inventory checks and help ensure accurate stock levels
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional and efficient service
