About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our top London cocktail bars. The ideal candidate has an exceptional track record in the fast‑paced bar industry, brings high energy, passion, and outstanding organisational skills, and is comfortable driving growth with a board team.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercially aware and strategic: work closely with a dynamic board team to grow the business.
- Deliver training at both operational and management level.
- Lead from the front and maintain all company paperwork, including health and safety/financial audits.
- Maintain an exceptional level of standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications & Experience
