Job Description:

Mane Infrastructure are on the look for a Project Manager to work on a 3.2 GW nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast. The project focuses on low-carbon energy, with current civil works including site preparations, earthworks, and infrastructure development.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to support works on the Sizewell C project. This role requires a capable and well-rounded Project Manager who can manage the full project lifecycle – from contract award through to delivery – while maintaining strong client and customer relationships in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage trackside civils works from contract award to final delivery
  • Lead drainage, crossings, and excavation packages
  • Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
  • Maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
  • Manage commercial performance with full understanding of NEC contracts
  • Control change, risk, and cost throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering trackside civils projects
  • PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification – essential
  • Strong experience in drainage, crossings, and excavation works
  • Demonstrable ability to manage projects from award through delivery
  • Excellent commercial knowledge with a strong understanding of NEC contracts
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Well-organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
