We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium, multi-site consumer business as they scale their physical footprint across London.

This is a pivotal hire – a role with real ownership and visibility from day one.

You won’t be stepping into a large team – you’ll be owning delivery, working closely with the Founder and senior leadership to bring new sites to life.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of site fit-outs and launches
• Manage contractors, suppliers and build timelines day-to-day
• Drive pace and execution across multiple live projects
• Control budgets and identify cost efficiencies
• Oversee facilities, maintenance and operational readiness
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and equipment installation
• Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving

What We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering retail, hospitality or multi-site fit-outs
• Strong project management skills with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable operating with high ownership and accountability
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
