The Projects You’ll Lead £3M Super‑Prime New Build – Private Estate, near Reading
- Lead from mobilisation to handover.
- Ensure architectural excellence, quality finishes, and meticulous delivery.
£2M Tennis Pavilion – Same Estate (Phase 2)
- Planned follow-on build; maintain design intent and programme continuity.
£5M Phased Super‑Prime Estate Development – Banbury, Oxfordshire
- Oversee overall programme, quality, and client engagement across phases.
Each project has a full-time Site Manager reporting into you — your focus will be leadership, coordination, stakeholder management, and programme control.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Full project leadership: from pre-start through completion.
- Programme management: tools, sequencing, and milestone achievement.
- Health & Safety: lead culture, CDM compliance, and robust risk control.
- Team leadership: mentor Site Managers and drive subcontractor performance.
- Commercial stewardship: manage costs, variations, and value engineering opportunities.
- Client & consultant engagement: act as main point of contact.
- Reporting: produce accurate forecasts, progress updates, and site documentation.

What You Bring
- Proven Project Manager experience in high-end residential or complex refurbishments
- Comfortable managing multiple live sites or phased schemes simultaneously
- Strong people leadership — managing Site Managers and subcontractor teams
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication
- Strong commercial awareness — programme, cost, and quality control
- Positive health & safety mindset in super-prime environments
