A well-capitalised contractor is entering a serious growth phase and plans to double in size over the next 18 months. As part of that strategy, they are launching a new division and appointing a Head of Division to lead it.
This is a genuine leadership role, not a token title.
The focus will be complex cut and carve schemes ranging from £20m to £100m in value. You will be responsible for shaping the division, building the team, overseeing delivery and working closely with the board to drive performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape the new division, building and structuring the team to deliver complex cut and carve schemes (£20m–£100m).
- Oversee delivery of projects, ensure performance against strategic objectives, and work closely with the board to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Has delivered multiple cut and carve projects in the £20m–£100m range.
- Understands the structural, commercial and programme risk involved in heavy refurb and structural alteration schemes.
- Has experience leading teams and taking full P&L responsibility.
- Can build credibility quickly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Is commercially sharp and comfortable operating at board level.

Salary
