Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a student accommodation project currently in the gateway stage
- Oversee key construction elements including brickwork faade and basement units
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works progress in line with programme milestones
- Work closely with the site team and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor quality, health & safety, and programme performance throughout the project
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager on residential or student accommodation schemes
- Strong technical understanding of brickwork faade packages and basement construction
- Experience delivering projects from early stages through to completion
- Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
