Job Overview

We have a permanent vacancy to join our team of Cleaners at Ladywalk Care Home. The role is a Cleaning Supervisor with a 30-hours‑per‑week schedule, working 5 days per week with on‑call weekend shifts. Enhancements are paid for weekend work.

Responsibilities

This work is about ensuring residents and staff can live or work in a clean and safe environment every day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference.

Qualifications

• Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate with supervisory experience.
• Supervisory experience with a BICs Certificate or Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate preferred.
• Must attend an induction training day before starting in post.
• Must obtain PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland before appointment.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary of £25,604.23 to £26,786.83 pro‑rate and a range of benefits, including:

• £13.64 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
