This is a hands‑on role for a passionate leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences and leads by example in maintaining and elevating brand standards.
Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- You convey the hotel’s brand image and service culture through your exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome and strong presence in the operations
- Build strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
- Have previous experience in a similar related role in a hotel.
- Be hands‑on, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering a high level of guest service.
- Be confident and willing to push boundaries to create the best work atmosphere for your team, to manage, train, and develop.
- Be solution‑driven, autonomous, and confident in your decision‑making.
- Possess excellent communication and financial skills.

Qualifications
- Relevant hotel management or supervisory experience.
- Must be highly motivated and demonstrate a desire for achievement.
- Exceptional guest service skills.
Additional Information
- Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
