I’m working with a well-established mechanical contractor delivering air conditioning and ventilation projects within healthcare and specialist environments, to hire for a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
The Role
You’ll be managing HVAC projects end-to-end, from handover through to commissioning, working closely with design teams, engineers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Full project ownership (inception to completion)
- Coordination with design and site teams
- Managing labour, subcontractors and materials
- Overseeing costs, valuations and cash flow
- Supporting commissioning, O&Ms and as-fitteds
- Leading engineers and driving delivery on-site
What You’ll Need
- Experience as a Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC / Mechanical)
- Proven ability to deliver projects from start to finish
- Strong commercial awareness
- Confident in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be on up to £60,000 (DOE, slight flex for the right person) + Company Car + Laptop/Phone + Package.
