You will play a key role in developing client relationships, managing candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, while enjoying support from an experienced leadership team and a collaborative, high‑performing culture.
Recruitment Consultant Duties
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients across multiple sectors
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing high‑quality candidates
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief to placement
- Providing consultative advice to both clients and candidates
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
- Delivering against agreed targets and KPIs
- Representing NC Associates professionally in the Manchester market
What You’ll Need
To be successful in your application you MUST have the following:
- Previous recruitment or sales experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven mindset
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering excellent service
- Resilience, ambition, and a genuine desire to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
