Our client is looking for a Commercial Property lawyer to join their specialist managed legal services team in Leeds dealing with asset management work.

Our client sits as part of a global law firm and offers managed legal services for large corporate clients across the UK. They have a specialist and dedicated team in Leeds, and they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with asset management work for a well known brand.

Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Managing a caseload of property work including lease renewals, grant of leases, renewals, assignments and terminations.
• Providing strategic advice to clients on property law
• Working closely with the client and IT professionals to make sure the legal work is delivered to a high service
• Helping junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the legal department.

Profile

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have / be;

• A Solicitor likely to be around 3-8 years PQE
• A background in commercial property law gained within private practice or In-house
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• An interest in managed legal services
• Ties to Leeds
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
