We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong work ethics, good numerical skills, and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced hands on environment.
Working within a small, supportive team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time. Key ResponsibilitiesPicking and packing customer orders accuratelyLabelling and preparing goods for dispatchLoading and unloading deliveries safelyCarrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracyPerforming quality control checks before shipmentKeeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safeSupporting goods-in and goods-out operationsWorking efficiently to meet daily targets in a busy warehouse environment
What We’re Looking ForPrevious warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferredStrong numerical skills and attention to detailA reliable and hardworking attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a small teamGood organisational skills and a proactive approachPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling dutiesForklift experience would be advantageous but not essential
