Sales Support Representative (Inside Sales)

Job Description

Location: Surrey

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Benefits

Setup: On-site (Monday – Friday)

Role Overview

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order processing through the ERP system, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring timely communication on pricing and delivery. Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while maintaining accurate records, working efficiently, and supporting overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order process
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling all related queries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels (email, phone, internal systems)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with numbers (pricing, quantities, percentages)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Exposure to an office-based environment
