About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing demand, optimising resources, and maintaining flexible nursing schedules to ensure consistent service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing demand management and capacity planning to ensure optimal service levels.
  • Managing resources effectively to ensure they are aligned with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Creating and maintaining nursing schedules that meet clinical requirements, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and adaptable to changing needs.
