What You’ll Be DoingNo two days will look the same – expect a mix of commercial focus, customer care, and hands on delivery: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts Building trusted, longlasting relationships with key decision makers Identifying upsell/crosssell opportunities Preparing accurate quotes and proposals Processing orders end to end – you’ll own the full journey Updating clients on new products, services, and technical developments Reengaging old or dormant clients Keeping CRM data spotless and pipelines on track Working closely with technical, service, and operations teams Handling queries quickly, accurately, and with a solutionsfirst mindset What You’ll BringYou’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, commercially sharp, and genuinely enjoy building relationships. You should have: Experience in internal sales, account management or customer management Technical confidence – comfortable discussing IT/technical products A proven track record of growing accounts or hitting revenue targets Strong communication and influencing skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail CRM/ERP experience (Power BI knowledge = big bonus!)
