Job Description This is great opportunity to join the Risk function that provides credible challenge to the business as a second line of defense to keep the firm strong and resilient. Wholesale Credit Risk function oversees the credit risk associated with Investment Bank clients as well as the firm’s wholesale credit portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and identify key risks and strengths in transactions
- Understand financial products and apply relevant policies and systems
- Use AI tools to support analysis and improve efficiency
- Manage actively portfolios and respond reliably to queries
- Communicate clearly through emails, memos, and presentations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in meetings
- Maintain professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Some credit/underwriting credentials, analytical skills
- Possess strong analytical and modeling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Highly motivated with a natural passion to learn and an inquisitive personality
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks
- Interest in client interaction with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a demanding environment managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic
