Role Overview

Tilbury Pioneer are recruiting an ambitious leader who wants to take the next steps on their journey to Headship. As our new Deputy Headteacher you will be at the heart of shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high‑achieving school culture. You will lead the strategic development of Inclusion and SEND, act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and forge partnerships with our community, local agencies and external professionals. You will drive forward innovative approaches to inclusive teaching, wellbeing and curriculum-ensuring every pupil, whatever their background and need, thrives.
