Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Advisor
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, live chat and web
- Provide high-quality customer support and service
- Update systems and complete administration/data entry tasks
- Work collaboratively within a busy customer service team

What you need to be successful as a Customer Service Advisor
