We’re looking for a confident, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Havant. Working from our purpose-built offices and warehouse, you’ll play a key role in delivering the outstanding service our customers rely on.

The Role

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pmLocation: Havant (office-based)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiriesProcess orders received via phone, email, and websiteSupport customers with product selection identifying upsell opportunitiesResolve delivery or order issues promptly, escalating when necessaryMaintain accurate customer records using our CRM systemProvide administrative support to the sales teamBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfactionWhat We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a customer-facing roleComfortable using Microsoft Word and ExcelAn excellent communicator with great phone mannerOrganised with strong time management skillsConfident working both independently and as part of a teamProactive with ideas to improve processes and enhance serviceWilling to learn and grow with the businessThis is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where your input and initiative will be truly valued.
