About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a peaceful, person-centred environment. Your role includes conducting supervisions, contributing to care planning, coaching support workers, and applying the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) model to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee personal care and promote dignity and independence.
• Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support workers.
• Role-model and apply PBS techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to reduce behaviours of concern.

Skills & Attributes:

• Experience in a senior care role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Organisational skills and teamwork ability.
• UK Driving Licence preferred.

Education & Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
