Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering fastu2011paced, complex, clientu2011facing fitu2011out projects for blueu2011chip FTSE 500 organisations?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fitu2011Out Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of largeu2011scale interior fitu2011out programmes from concept through to completion. You will bring deep experience in commercial fitu2011out delivery, strategic stakeholder engagement, risk and quality management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
You will play a pivotal role in representing AECOM in front of major clients, driving excellence across project governance, commercial management, and technical delivery.

**What Youu2019ll Do**
As a Senior Project Manager, you will: Lead the delivery of multiple complex fitu2011out projects or programmes, ensuring alignment with client strategic objectives and organisational priorities. Oversee all project phases, including feasibility, design, procurement, delivery, and handover. Demonstrate strong clientu2011facing leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering longu2011term relationships. Drive robust project governance, including cost management, scheduling, risk and issue management, and quality assurance. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams (QS, MEP, Architecture, Sustainability, Contractors). Provide highu2011level direction and mentoring to junior project managers and project support staff. Make informed, proactive decisions with minimal supervision, while escalating strategically where necessary. Ensure all works adhere to project budgets, timelines, health and safety requirements, and client expectations.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements** Proven and competent experience in fitu2011out or construction project management, with demonstrable leadership on complex, highu2011value projects. Experience from a consultancy or clientu2011side organisation, with ability to lead and advise on construction delivery. Strong preu2011 and postu2011contract project management expertise across the RIBA lifecycle. Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders at senior levels. Strong understanding of JCT and/or NEC contract administration (accreditation advantageous). Ability to manage and maintain accurate project documentation (digital and physical). Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
**Preferred Qualifications** Professional qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying (Masteru2019s desirable). Chartered status with RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE, or similar. APM affiliation preferred. Prince2, MSP, or similar project/programme management experience beneficial.
