Questech Automotive are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day running of a centre for an industry leading client. You’ll help lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Centre Manager in daily operations
- Lead and motivate staff
- Ensure high standards of service and compliance
- Handle customer enquiries and issues
About you:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused
- Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Experience within an automotive environment is preferred
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required.
Pay:
Annual salary is between £36k – £39k.
