Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant
Pay and working hours:
- Per hour/Salary: 15.55 per hour
- Working hours: 32.5 hours – Mondayto Friday – 9-3:30pm
- Must beable to commute to Bromley
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group supportto students with SENDSupport students in the classroom to help them engage with learning activitiesAssist learners with academic work, organisation, and classroom tasksHelp support behaviour management and emotional regulationwhere neededSupport students with personal care if required
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentMonitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
Enhanced DBScovering both Child and Adult Workforce(essential)Previous experience supporting students with SENDin an educational settingAbility to provide one-to-one and small group supportUnderstanding of behaviour management and emotional regulationPatient, supportive, and able to build positive relationships with learnersWillingness to support personal care if required
