Own and manage the roadmap for key digital products across ecommerce and customer experienceWork closely with engineering and data teams to deliver product enhancements and new featuresTranslate business requirements into clear product specifications and user storiesPrioritise initiatives based on customer impact, performance, and commercial valueAnalyse product performance and user behaviour to identify opportunities for improvementCollaborate with marketing, trading, and analytics teams to optimise the customer journeySupport delivery of digital transformation initiatives across platforms and systemsEnsure alignment between product development and wider business strategyAbout You:
Around 2+ years’ experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner roleExperience working on digital, ecommerce, or customer-facing productsStrong understanding of agile delivery and working with engineering teamsCommercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business goalsComfortable using data to inform decisions and prioritisationStrong communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with G4A and GTMThis is a great opportunity for a Product Manager looking to take the next step in their career, gaining real ownership and exposure within a business that is investing heavily in digital and product.
