Are you a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Assistant looking for a new opportunity to make a difference? Do you have experience working with children with ASD or a background in supporting individuals with additional needs?
A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Newbury is seeking an Autism Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. In this role, the successful candidate will provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), alongside other associated needs such as ADHD, learning difficulties, and communication challenges.
This Autism Support Assistant role will involve: * Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with ASD * Supporting small group interventions focused on communication and social skills * Creating a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment * Working closely with teachers and other support staff * ASAP start * Well-connected location with good public transport links
