Warehouse Operative

The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established Logistics company in Redditch.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous order picking experience is advantageous – using RF Scanners & paper picking.

Heavy lifitng involved for Warehouse Operative role

Must be able to read and understand English.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Operative in Redditch

• Fixed Day Shift
• 8.30am – 5pm
• Monday – Friday

Pay Rates for Warehouse Operative:

• 12.71 per hour from 01.04.2026
• Overtime available
• Opportunity to get upskilled and increase take home pay

Duties as a Warehouse Operative:

• Ongoing work
• 40 hours per week
• Order picking and packing
• Use of scanner
• Paper picking
• Checking orders
• Heavy Lifting Required
• Loading/Unloading
